The SCUF Valor Pro Wireless controller is designed for every play style — whether you prefer the stability of a cable, the freedom of wireless, or the flexibility of Bluetooth. With Tri-Mode Connectivity, you can seamlessly switch between wired, low-latency wireless, and Bluetooth modes depending on where and how you play.
This guide walks you through how each connection works and how to set it up.
When every millisecond matters, wired play keeps you directly connected for the fastest, most consistent input.
To connect in Wired Mode:
Wired mode also enables 1,000 Hz polling on PC for ultra-responsive performance — ideal for competitive gaming or precision-heavy titles.
Experience near-wired performance without the cable. Low-Latency Wireless Mode uses SCUF’s dedicated dongle to maintain a fast, stable connection for Xbox or PC.
To connect in Low-Latency Wireless Mode:
Bluetooth mode is perfect for mobile gaming, tablets, or PCs without a dongle.
To connect in Bluetooth Mode:
Once connected, you’re ready for wireless play via Bluetooth.
⏱️ Note: The controller stays in pairing mode for 20 seconds. If no connection is made within that time, it will exit pairing mode and may power off.
