THE RMA PROCESS REIMAGINED

Standard return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes can waste tremendous resources. Cosmetic flaws can send some products to landfills, while shipping overseas factories burns both time and fossil fuels. With the Revival Series, we’ve reimagined the RMA process with better certification, no ocean transport, shorter timelines, and sustainable packaging.

REDUCE, REUSE, REVIVE

So, how do we prepare our Revival Series products? We start with rigorous testing. Once our expert team determines that a product works exactly as it should, we move on to sanitization. Certain cosmetic flaws may stay, but we never compromise on cleanliness. With the sanitized, fully functional product ready to go, it’s time for shipping.

NEXT-LEVEL PACKAGING

Shrinking our carbon footprint and our cost to you, we use eco-friendly boxes made from 100% recycled paper for all Revival Series products. They’re fully recyclable, and they allow us to ship without wasteful overboxes. Plus, they’re made locally to save fuel, support local business, and further the Revival Series initiative.
